To provide a fixing structure which is used for a board housed in a case capable of ensuring sufficient sealing properties for the case without making the fixing area of the board where an electronic part is mounted small, and manufactured at a low cost when it is mass-produced.
A sealing member housing groove 25 is provided to the opening end face 8e of the case 8 outside of a bulkhead 26, the bulkhead 26 is partially missing inside the case main body 8, a sealing member 38 is equipped with branching parts 52 that extend to branch off from its belt-like main body 38a corresponding to the missing parts 32 of the sealing member housing groove 25, and the branching parts 52 function as a board pressing part when a cover member 10 is made to abut against the case main body 8.
