To provide a means for explaining the operating method of a personal computer(PC) with video by reproducing video displayed on a screen and the action of a mouse cursor with the operation of the mouse cursor in the mouse operation picture reproducing system of the PC.

The display picture video of shift and click actions of the mouse cursor and correspondent PC picture video are overlapped and successively displayed by the program software of the PC for storing/reproducing mouse operation data collecting clock coordinate position data with which X and Y coordinate values on the picture of mouse click of the PC are acquired by program processing, the data of a time interval between the last click and the next click and the retrieval number of a CD-ROM to be reproduced into one set. Therefore, when the retrieval number is designated, the model of PC operation is really played as an action of video. Further, the model operation can be easily stored as well.
