Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent noise from refrigerant from leaking out to outside by incorporating tightening means inserted to the seal extending from the base muffler and to the racks of intake muffler to assemble the intake muffler with the base muffler with no gap.
SOLUTION: An intake opening 25 is formed in one side of the intake muffler 20 and the rack protrusion for inserting the tightening means 40 on the top outer surface is provided. On the bottom surface an insertion section 26 for inserting intake tube 33 is formed. A base 35 is formed on the base muffler 30, and the body 34 for containing the racks 31, 32 is provided for the intake tube 33. A tightening means 40 is provided for assembling the intake muffler 20 and the base muffler with no gap. In the tightening means 40 the inserting section 26 of the intake muffler 30 receives the racks 31, 32, taking out from the body 34, then inserting hooks 41, 42, 43 into respective racks 31, 32, 33 to connect the intake muffler 20 and the base muffler 30. Thereby the noise produced by the refrigerant will not be leaked out to the outside so that the production reliability will be improved.
