Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-axis control method in a working machine and its device and a bending machine to which multi-axis control is applied, and which are inexpensive and moreover capable of uniformizing a bending finish regardless of an operating speed by using a positioning unit having no interporation function about the multi-axis of the working machine.
SOLUTION: When working is executed, a working command is issued from a bending command part 3, a calculation by straight linear interpolation is executed about respective axes by an interpolation calculating part 5 in accordance with the working command, and the transferring and positioning of respective axes are executed by respective axis transferring and positioning units 7, 9, 11, 13 in accordance with the calculated result of the interpolation calculating part 5. In the interpolation calculating part 5, the ratio of a transfer distance at the time of acceleration to a transfer distance at the time of the maximum speed to a transfer distance at the time of deceleration is held at the same with respect to respective axes, and an accelerating speed, the maximum speed, a decelerating speed and the transfer distance are obtained.
