Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve radiating efficiency by enlarging the radiating area of a heat radiating fin part and to improve the manufacture working efficiency.
SOLUTION: A plurality of metallized sheet plates in which a heat receiving part 12 and a heat radiating fin part are punched by a press machine are polymerized and formed, and also a projection part 37 is provided at a specified location on one side face of each radiating fin part 13, and when one end part of each metallized sheet plate is pressed in order to form the heat receiving part 12, the other side face 13b of each radiating fin part facing opposite to the projection part 37 is pressed by a pressing force, so that both outer end groups G, G are each outwardly bent from a base part 13a and the entire body is enlarged in a fan shape and deformed, and furthermore a cut-in line 38 for facilitating bending and deformation is formed in the vicinity of the projection part 37.
