PURPOSE: To perform smooth and reliable two-color molding, by a method wherein a movable mold body clogging a part of a cavity formed on a mating surface of a product is provided in a stationary mold, movable mold and intermediate mold freely movably in a mold breaking and clamping direction.
CONSTITUTION: An intermediate mold 20 is interposed between a stationary mold 10 and movable mold 30 and movable mold bodies 50, 53 clogging a part of cavities 60, 60' formed on a mating surface of a product are provided in the stationary mold 10, movable mold 30 and intermediate mold 20 freely movably in a mold breaking and clamping direction in a multiple mold device. The movable bodies 50, 53 clog secondary casting material filling space of the cavities 60, 60' at the time of the primary molding and a secondary casting material filling spaces are formed in the cavities 60, 60' at the time of the secondary molding. With this construction, a large number of two-color molded products can be obtained smooth and reliably and great productivity improvement can be accomplished.
