Title:
MULTIPLE OPTICAL AXES PHOTOELECTRIC SWITCH
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3411867
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple optical axes photoelectric switch capable of adjusting an optical axis regardless of the dimension of a light beam of a detecting optical axis.
SOLUTION: In adjusting projected light receiving parts 10X, 10Y, 11X, 11Y positioned in the upper and lower ends of a projected light receiving apparatus 1, 2, the shaft of an optical signal and a light receivable area are set to be wider than those of a plurality of other pairs of detecting projected light receiving parts 10K, 11K. In this way, the adjusting projected light receiving parts 10X, 10Y, 11X, 11Y have wider allowable deflection area for transmission/ reception than the detecting projected light receiving parts 10K, 11K. In adjustment of an optical axis, the optical axis is adjusted roughly by means of the adjusting projected light receiving parts 10X, 10Y, 11X, 11Y, and then, the optical axes of the detecting projected light receiving parts 10K, 11K are adjusted with the roughly adjusted light receiving condition maintained. In this way, optical axis adjustment can be carried out so that the projected light receiving apparatus 1, 2 converge in the normal opposite positions, and consequently, optical axis adjustment can be finished in a short time.
