Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for manufacturing thermoplastic resin expanding body having fine cells of submicron order without visual irregularity on the surface and having large impact strength.
CONSTITUTION: A method has a process for adding non-reactive gas in polymer alloy in which at least 1, kind of crystalline thermoplastic resin and at least 1 kind of non-crystalline thermoplastic resin are mixed and dispersed under pressure and a process for expanding by heating the polymer alloy containing the non-reactive gas under non-pressure.
