Abstract:
PURPOSE: To minimize a misconvergence by constituting at least one part of a deflection coil as a twisted conductor using plural twisted lines, and making the twisting pitch of the twisted line longer than the twisting pitch of the twisted conductor.
CONSTITUTION: At least one part of the deflection coil is constituted of the twisted conductor obtained by twisting the plural twisted lines, and the twisting pitch of the twisted line is made longer than the twisting pitch of the twisted conductor. In this case, projection-shaped separator 6 extending to an inside face direction forming a coil housing groove for positioning a vertical deflection coil winding 2 and a horizontal deflection coil winding 4 is provided at the inside face of a trumpet-shaped insulator 3. And also, a trumpet-shaped ferrite core 1 is equipped with a guide groove 5 extending to a tube axial direction for positioning again the vertical and horizontal deflection coils 2 and 4 at the inside face. At that time, the twisted conductor whose density is uniform can be obtained for the first twisting pitch more easily than for the second twisting pitch. Thus, the winding distribution of the deflection coil can be uniform, the misconvergence can be suppressed, and the high precision can be attained.
