PURPOSE: To obtain an electrically conductive primer for electrostatic coating, having a relatively inexpensive price, capable of eliminating inconvenient points of a conventional conductive agent solution or an electrically conductive primer by using defective molded articles of resin.
CONSTITUTION: ABS pellets are dissolved in an ester-based or ketone-based solvent or their mixed solvent and electrically conductive carbon is dispersed into the solution and made into a coating compound state.
