Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a branch guidance, in such a way that a driver can easily specify branch road on a guidance route.
SOLUTION: A branch road number as information used to specify the branch road is added to a link, which indicates the branch road from a main line or the branch road from a rotary. The branch road number is a number information which is characteristic of the branch road which is allocated to the branch road, and composed of a numeral and a code, such as an alphabetical code or the like and is identical to the information, which is displayed on a guidance signboard or the like indicating the branch road. In a branch guidance processing operation, if there is an exit number (the branch number) (S110: 'YES'), the exit number is outputted in voice (S130).
