The band-shaped half bodies 601 and 602 are bulging out to the outside through open parts on both sides of the fastener-slider holding member 50. As the band-shaped half bodies 601 and 602 are capable of bulging out from side parts of the fastener-slider holding member 50, it is possible to use the band-shaped half bodies 601 and 602 as a necktie and to use the fastener-slider holding member 50 as an ornament body.
