PURPOSE: To provide the neural network which precisely outputs an analog output and also outputs its extremal value speedily.
CONSTITUTION: The neural network consists of an input layer I consisting of neurons I1-Ii, an intermediate layer H consisting of neurons H1-Hj, and an output layer L consisting of a neuron L1, and a linear function is used as the response characteristics of the output layer L.
