Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neuro element which improves reliability and enables high-speed operation.
SOLUTION: Concerning the neuro element for constituting a neural network while using radial basic function, this element is provided with a two-output differential amplifier 3, a multiplier 5 for multiplying these two outputs and a variable voltage circuit 1 for outputting a prescribed voltage, an input to the virtual node of neural network is defined as one input of the differential amplifier 3 at least, and the voltage outputted by the variable voltage circuit 1 is added to the input.
