PURPOSE: To unnecessitate a private data bus and to improve the mounting efficiency by sending an output system output signal where a light receiving means adds the light from a light emitting means and the light from a light emitting part.

CONSTITUTION: When an input signal (a) is inputted to input electrodes 7, a linear light emitting element array 1 emits light based on the signal (a). A light receiving element array 5 provided at the end of the array 1 sends the light from the array 1 from an output electrodes 8 to the back stage as an input system output signal (b) corresponding to the input signal (a). A light emitting element array 6 provided at the start end of a linear light receiving element array 2 takes in an output signal (c) from other neuro elements 20 through an input electrodes 9 and converts it into light. The array 2 accepts the light from the linear light emitting element array 1 through a transparent insulated board 3a, space light modulator 4, transparent insulated board 3b and addes it with the light from the light emitting element array 6, sending an output signal (d) from the output electrodes 10 to the back stage. Thus, the light emitting element and the light receiving element serve as data bus.
