Abstract:
To obtain the subject new compound shown by a specific formula which may have antiinflammatory, antipyretic and ntidiarrhetic characteristics, effective for other diseases in which prostaglandin E plays a complete or partially abnormal physiological role.
This compound is shown by formula I [A is phenyl, naphthyl, pyridyl which contains at least two (substituted) adjoining cyclic carbon atoms, etc.; B is (substituted) phenyl, naphthyl, pyridyl, etc.; D is (substituted) pyridyl, pyraziny, pyrimidinyl, etc.; R1 is positioned on a ring B in 1, 3 or 1, 4 relation with Z-bond group on of a 6-membered ring and 1.3 relation with Z-bond group of a 5-membered ring and is carboxyl, etc.; X is OCH2, SCH2, etc.; Z is a group of formula II (R2 is H, a 1-4C alkyl, etc.; R3 is H, a 1-4C alkyl, etc.)] such as 4-[N-(2-benzyloxy-5-bromobenzyl)aminomethyl]benzoic acid, etc.; with the proviso that 4-[4-acetyl-2-benzyl-3-hydroxyphenoxymethyl]-3-methoxybenzoic acid is omitted.
