To provide a noise reducing device for a water vehicle that is effective in reducing noise originating principally from a jet pump as an excitation source.
The noise reducing device 38 for the water vehicle 10 which obtains a thrust by pressurizing and accelerating water sucked by the jet pump 20 and jetting it backward from a jet nozzle 30 has a rigid housing 44 which is fitted to the jet pump 20 and displaced in one body, a mass member 48 which is provided to freely move in a vibrating direction to and away from the housing 44 and strikes on the housing 44 in vibrating, a gap which is formed between the housing 44 and the mass member 48 and for making the mass member 48 freely move in the vibrating direction, and an elastic body 50 which is formed on the surface of the mass member 48.
