A nozzle unit is such one as providing a nozzle chamber 11 formed in a nozzle housing 10 and providing a nozzle duct 16 introducing from the nozzle chamber 11, for example, for supplying a glue to the surface to be joined by an adhesive jointing measure such as a bending tab of package. After a long interruption of operation, at least a part of the nozzle duct 16, particularly an end section 31 is filled by a sealing liquid, especially water, and when restarting the operation the water can be supplied through the nozzle duct 16. And the outlet side of the long and narrow nozzle duct 11 is limited with an independent closing piece 25. The closing piece 25 is made of ceramics and the like, and an inner limit surface 28 of the closing piece 25 is formed in arch like, and the nozzle duct penetrates the center of this arch top.
