PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid amplification reaction container that satisfies the moving speed of reaction liquid and improvement of thermal conductivity to reaction liquid.SOLUTION: A nucleic acid amplification reaction container 100 has: a first region 101 in which reaction liquid 140 is brought to a first temperature; a second region 102 in which the reaction liquid 140 is brought to a second temperature; and first and second flow channels 103,104 which communicate the first region 101 and the second region 102, and move the reaction liquid 140, in which the first region 101 and the second region 102 are formed in a space sandwiched between a first inner wall face 111 and a second inner wall face 112, and a distance between the first inner wall face 111 and the second inner wall face 112 is a distance at which reaction liquid 140 contacts both of the first inner wall face 111 and the second inner wall face 112.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
