To obtain an NUD(non-ulcer dyspepsia)-improving food having NUD- improving action, extremely easy to be taken daily without side effects.
This NUD-improving food is such one as to contain fucoidan derived from Phaeophyta, or one as to contain the fucoidan and an extract of at least one plant selected from senna tea, persimmon leaves, houttuynia cordata, and fennel.
