Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tap opening having satisfactory accuracy and definition without being affected by a set moving command amount and shaft feeding command speed.
SOLUTION: Based on a system parameter and a working program set to an analytic input part 7, a minimum moving distance Lmin required for satisfying speed fixture guarantee time T is operated by an analytic part 4B and compared with a set axis moving distance L. When the axis moving distance L is shorter than the minimum moving distance Lmin, a speed pattern adjusting part 4C deforms a speed pattern in order to secure the axis feeding speed fixture guarantee time T. When it is necessary to adjust the working program, at a distributing part 4A, a driving command for performing synchronous tap feeding so as to synchronize main axis rotating speed N with the shaft moving distance L is found for each shaft by an adjusted speed pattern drawing based on the adjusted working program outputted from the speed pattern adjusting part 4C. A driving control part 5 drives respective servo motors by distributing this driving command to the servo motors of respective axes inside a driving part 3.
