Abstract:
PURPOSE:To shorten the machining preparation time by providing an interference prevention control part which checks operation commands outputted by a data processing part and carrying out wait control at the time of interference in an actual operation state. CONSTITUTION:A 1st and a 2nd machining program 11 and 12 operate data to be outputted to an interpolation part 104 by the data processing pat 102 and output their arithmetic results to the interference prevention control part 103 temporarily. The interference prevention control part 103 derives the action areas of respective cutter parts, find the intersections of the areas, and predicts interference occurrence; when there is an intersection, namely, when the interference occurrence is predicated, the output of one arithmetic result to the interpolation part 104 is stopped temporarily until the other cutter part leaves its action area of the other cutter, and thus the cutter parts are so controlled that actual interfering operation between the 1st cutter part 107 and 2nd cutter part 108is precluded. Consequently, the machining preparation time is shortened.
