Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber winding device to realize accurate reproducibility of the fiber winding position of each layer to overlap crisscross patterns with each other.
SOLUTION: A collet rotation detecting means 5 is provided, and the integration number of revolutions of a collet 2 is detected. A traverse shaft rotation detecting means 5A is arranged, and the integration number of revolutions of a traverse shaft is detected. The rotation speed of the collet 2 and the moving speed of a guide 31 are controlled so that a ratio between the integration number of revolutions of the collet 2 and a movement integration distance of the guide 31 reciprocating along with rotation of a traverse shaft to apply twilling is adjusted to a constant value.
