To provide a uniform oil based skin-cleansing agent formulated with a specific third component for simultaneous formulation of an alcohol component used in water based skin-cleansing agent and a hydrocarbon oil used in oil based skin-cleansing agent.

The oil based skin-cleansing agent is formulated with (a) 3-30% of a 2-3C mono valent lower alcohol, (b) 20-80% of a hydrocarbon oil which is liquid at 25C, (c) an oily medicine compatible with the component (a) and (d) a nonionic surfactant having a polyoxyethylene chain and 5-16 of HLB. The component (c) is one or more kinds selected from glyceryl tri-2-ethylhexanoate, cetyl 2-ethylhexanoate, decamethylcyclopentasiloxane, dimethylsiloxane, and the component (d) is one or more kinds selected from polyoxyethylene sorbitol tetraoleates and polyoxyethylene glyceryl triisostearates.
