Abstract:
PURPOSE: To weld the starting end of welding with good joining in left/right directing butt welding of a fixed tube.
CONSTITUTION: After start of preceding welding, succeeding welding is started from the starting end of preceding welding within the prescribed time decided based on the welding heat input quantity. The penetration of preceding welding and succeeding welding are integrated at the welding starting part, good joining of the welding bead starting part is obtained. Further, special working of groove (piercing) is not required, the welding is efficiently executed.
