Abstract:
PURPOSE: To smoothly perform various treatments and hold air-tightness to the pressure given on a horn or optical fiber side by arranging the horn and the optical fiber in the same hand piece.
CONSTITUTION: A horn 36 for crushing a tissue by the ultrasonic oscillation generated by an ultrasonic oscillator and an optical fiber 18 for cutting and coagulating the tissue by laser beams are provided in the same hand piece 32. A changing means for changing the relative position between the horn 36 and the optical fiber 18 is provided. Further, an O-ring for holding air-tightness to the pressure given on the horn 36 or optical fiber 18 side is provided.
