Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation method of a fuel gas production apparatus, with which an operation is stopped in a state where the operation can be restarted promptly while suppressing complication of equipment.SOLUTION: When stopping an operation by stopping a supply of a raw material gas that is a heavy hydrocarbon gas to a desulfurization part 3, a temperature lowering treatment is performed for circulating a fuel gas G by a circulation drive part 7 in a state where the supply of the raw material gas to the desulfurization part 3 is stopped, then a supply of steam is continued, and a whole amount of the fuel gas G from a modification part 5 is returned to the desulfurization part 3 via a circulation gas channel R. Thereafter, when the temperature of the modification part 5 is lowered to a precipitation preventive temperature or lower at which precipitation of carbon due to thermal decomposition of the fuel gas G can be prevented, a standby operation treatment is performed for circulating the fuel gas G by the circulation drive part 7 in a state where the supply of the steam is stopped, the fuel gas G to be circulated is heated by a heating part K, and the temperature is maintained to the precipitation preventive temperature or lower and to a set standby temperature at which dew condensation of the steam can be prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
