Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation plan creation assistance system for evaluating feasibility by a simple calculation with high accuracy and assisting to create an operation plan in a car sharing system.SOLUTION: The operation plan creation assistance system comprises: a demand characteristic storage unit 110 for storing the demand characteristic for movement of a user; a restraint pattern storage unit 130 for storing restraints on the number of available parking lots per station and a total number of vehicles; a demand pattern generation unit 140 for generating a plurality of demand patterns using random numbers in accordance with the demand characteristic; a mathematical programming solver unit 150 for determining, for each of the demand patterns, solutions to the number of available parking lots per station and the number of initially arranged vehicles in which the object function is optimized by mathematical programming, and determining a candidate for optimum solution from these multiple solutions; and a feasibility evaluation value calculation unit 170 for calculating a feasibility evaluation value by a state transition simulation unit 160 using the candidate for optimum solution determined by the mathematical programming solver unit 150.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
