Abstract:
To provide an optical apparatus in which the attraction of foreign matter such as dust caused by the electrification is effectively prevented by decreasing the surface resistance of a translucent member provided on a light pass extending to an imaging surface.
The optical apparatus is provided with a plurality of the translucent members 8 on the light pass extending to the imaging surface 20. A low surface resistance film 9 formed of a conductive body or a semi-conductive body containing a metal oxide is formed on at least one surface of at least one translucent member 8.
