Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical communication device, a light estimation device, an optical communication method, and a program for causing optical communication to speed up.SOLUTION: An imaging part 214 in a receiver 200 performs imaging during an exposure period t3 in the same imaging cycle t2 as a light emitting cycle t1 of red (R), green (G), and blue (B) in a transmitter. Moreover, a discrimination part 238 acquires a hue value of a change area in a frame for every imaging and discriminates colors of the change area corresponding to the hue value. When a color (current discriminated color) of the change area discriminated by the discrimination part 238 is none of red (R), green (G), and blue (B), a color estimation part 240 estimates the color to be any of red (R), green (G), and blue (B) on the basis of a correlation between the current discriminated color and a previously established color.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
