Abstract:
To provide an optical filter with which the incident angle dependency of noise amount due to solar light is small even when an incident angle is large, and a change of transmission wavelength is small even at a temperature change time.SOLUTION: An optical filter of the present invention includes a substrate and a dielectric multilayer and passes at least a portion of near-infrared light. In wavelengths 300-1200 nm, the optical filter satisfies requirements (A) and (B): (A) the maximum transmittance T(%), in wavelength range 900-1060 nm, of a beam of light entering one face of the optical filter at an angle θ (θ being 0 and 30) from the vertical direction is 50% or greater; (B) when the wavelength of a beam of light entering one face of the optical filter at an angle θ from the vertical direction, where T(%) holds, is assumed to be λ(nm) and the shortest wavelength, where transmittance in longer wavelength regions than the λ(nm) is 50% ore greater, is assumed to be λB(nm), then |λB-λB|≤10.SELECTED DRAWING: None
