Abstract:
PURPOSE:To shorten a warming-up time of an elastic surface wave convolver by a method wherein a signal obtained by detecting, integrating and amplifying a convolution output level is superposed on a signal from a reference signal generating source and a signal thus obtained is impressed on a gate electrode of the convolver. CONSTITUTION:A level detecting element 7 detects an output level of a convolver. Using an output of a reference signal generating element 10 as a reference signal, a phase detecting element 9 detects the phase of an output signal of the level detecting element 7. An integrating circuit 11 integrates an output after the phase detection. An OR circuit 13 superposes a signal obtained through amplification of an output of the circuit 11 by a DC amplifier 12, on the reference signal. A signal obtained through this superposition is impressed on a gate electrode 2 of the convolver to give a bias voltage of the convolver. Thereby a warming-up time of the convolver is shortened.
