To provide an optoelectric hybrid wiring module with built-in light emitting and receiving elements which can optically couple an optical element and an optical waveguide with each other without using any optical element such as a reflecting mirror, and its manufacturing method and its package.
The optoelectric hybrid wiring modules with the built-in light emitting and receiving elements includes an optical waveguide layer (104) including a core part (105) and a clad part (106), 1st and 2nd wiring patterns (121a, 121b, 121c) formed on at least one main surface of the optical waveguide layer (104), the light receiving element (101) which is arranged in the core part (105) of the optical waveguide layer, optically connected to the 1st wiring pattern, and electrically connected to the 1st wiring pattern, and the light emitting element (103) which is arranged in the optical waveguide layer, optically connected to the core part (105) of the optical waveguide layer, and electrically connected to the 2nd wiring pattern.
