Abstract:

To simplify a manufacturing process, and to reduce cost largely by forming a junction film bonding a shading plate and an insulating base material and forming a spacer forming a gap filled with the junction film shaped between the shading plate and the insulating base material.

An electrode pattern 15 and a bump 19 corresponding to the electrode pattern 15 are connected electrically through conductive particles contained in an anisotropic conductive film 17. Micro-lenses 20 and a color filter 20a are formed on the light-receiving surface of the optoelectric transducer 13. A circular spacer 21 is projected to a section just under a site, where the bump 19 on a surface, to which the electrode pattern 15 of an insulating base material 14 is not formed, is joined. Accordingly, since a gap corresponding to the spacer 21 is formed between the insulating base material 14 and an optical glass plate 11 and the anisotropic conductive film 17 is penetrated into the gap, the insulating base material 14 and the optical glass plate 11 are bonded firmly.
