Abstract:

PURPOSE: To keep the privacy of an outdoor unit room.

CONSTITUTION: Brackets 26 are fixed to floor beams 16 of an outdoor unit room 10, and floor pans 30 are mounted on the brackets 26. Mortar 38 is placed under the brackets 26. Internal wall panels 34 are erected on wall panel mounting sections 32 of the floor pans 30, and the internal wall panels 34 are separately constructed from a column 18 and external wall panels 20. Accordingly, the sounds of the inside of the outdoor unit room are hard to leak out, so that privacy is kept. Live load can be held directly by the foundations 14 through the brackets 26 and mortars 38, so that strength necessary for the floor beams 16 can be reduced.
