Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a chamfering working section 8 at the apex angle section 3 of an outside-angle column A manufactured by using a reaction type hot-melt adhesive P inconspicuous as much as possible.
SOLUTION: When the apex angle section 3 of the outside-angle column A is cut by a rotary cutter 30 while being positioned along irregularities formed at the apex angle section 3 and a chamfering working section having a narrow width section is manufactured, a cooling air is sprayed against a region, in which at least a cutting work is carried out, from a nozzle 51a (a cooling means 50), and the chamfering working is conducted while the region is cooled. Accordingly, the end face Pc of the reaction type hot-melt adhesive layer P is formed in a flat surface, and a post-coated surface having no fine irregularity is obtained.
