Title:
OXYGEN BURNER FOR MELTING INCINERATED FLY ASH
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3688944
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively melt incinerated fly ash having a high melting point by entirely sequentially concentrically arranging a fuel supply nozzle directed from a center toward an outer periphery, a primary combustion gas supply nozzle, a material-tobe treated supply nozzle, and a secondary combustion gas supply nozzle.
SOLUTION: The oxygen burner 31 for melting incinerated fly ash is formed as a multiple structure, and its nozzle at its end face is obtained by entirely sequentially concentrically arranging a fuel supply nozzle 32a directed from a center toward an outer periphery, a primary combustion gas supply nozzle 33a, a material-to-be treated supply nozzle 34a, and a secondary combustion gas supply nozzle 35a. When the respective nozzles are arranged in this manner, a combustion stable zone of excess fuel can be formed at a center, incinerating fly ash can be supplied into a highest temperature flame, and the supplied ash can be prevented from being flown from the flame while being unmelted as it is. As a result, the ash can be more effectively melted.
