The packing material is of a type having a laminated construction made up of a base material 1, an adhesive layer 2, a oriented plastic film 3, an anchor coat layer 4, and a sealant layer 5 formed by an extrusion method. The sealant layer 5 is selected from any one of lower density ethylene, linear lower density polyethylene, an ethylene-methacryl acid copolymer, an ethylene- acryl acid copolymer, and ionomer resin, a molten resin is laminated through direct extrusion and application. The anchor coat layer 4 used at laminating the sealant layer 5 consists of a two-liquid curable type urethane adhesive, and its application quantity is allowed to be in the range of 0.1-0.5 g/m2.
