PURPOSE: To allow packing bags to be easily taken out one by one with a mouth of the bag extremely easy to open or with the mouth open to provide a supplier inexpensively.

CONSTITUTION: Holding members 8, 8' are brought into contact with or pressed against an uppermost surface of numerous packing bags 11 made of plastic and advanced toward a feeding direction, so that only the packing bag 11 at the most upper position can be securely sent out by a simple mechanism. Further, since a frictional member 21 is brought into contact with or pressed against a lower face of the packing bag 11 during the feeding step, relative displacement occurs on the upper and lower faces of the bag 11. The upper face of the packing bag which is easy to hold due to this relative displacement is held and transferred to a supplying position 2, so that the bag can be supplied to the supplying position in a very short time while a mouth of the bag is extremely easy to open.
