Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the paper discharge device of a slitter which can divide in good order and pile the sheets discharged on a paper discharge plate after the cut into two parts at the center, obviate the necessity of the dividing work after the work, and can reduce the manufacturing cost.
CONSTITUTION: A pair of sheets which are cut by a pair of rotary disc cutters are discharged on a discharge plate by the upper and lower paper discharge rollers 21 in pair. As for this slitter device, an auxiliary roller 22 is installed continuously to the paper discharge roller, on the same shaft to a shaft 20 for supporting one of a pair of paper discharge rollers 21. The auxiliary roller has a large diameter part 22a and a small diameter part 22b. Further, a paper discharge driven roller 26 having the large diameter part and the small diameter part is installed over the paper discharge roller 21. After the rear end of the sheet passes through a pair of disc cutters, the cut sheet is discharged in the inclination direction for the sheet conveyance direction before the cut, by the paper discharge roller 21, auxiliary roller 22, and the paper discharge driven roller 26.
