A drive paper holding roller 161 is provided on the transmission mechanism 1 through a motor 12, gears 121, 13, 131, 14, and two gears 15, 16, and each driven paper holding roller 17 is brought into contact with each drive paper holding roller 161. When the sensor 24 senses invasion of the paper 3, the motor 12 is started, the paper 3 is relayed through the rotation of the drive paper holding ring 161 by the gear system of the transmission mechanism 1 and the contact of the driven paper holding roller 17 following the holding of the paper 3 by the paper feed ring 231 and the guide plate 25 by the gear system and the gear 16 and intermediate gear 21 of the transmission mechanism 1 and the gear system of the transmission mechanism 2.
