PURPOSE: To eliminate miss and trouble and reduce the personnel expenses by automating the check on whether or not a customer has played and discrimination at the exit of a parking lot which have been done by man.

CONSTITUTION: This device is equipped with a customer card A, a play information writing means 40 which is provided for every game machine 20 and records play information showing at least whether or not a game is played and the data on the customer card A, and a discrimination control means 90 which controls the shutting-off machine 70 of a gate according to the play information on the customer card A. The discrimination control means is equipped with a release judging means 94 which outputs a release signal according to the accepted play information of the customer card A when at least one of the 1st condition that a game has been played on the day and the 2nd condition that a specific parking charge has been paid and a shutting-off machine driving means 95 which normally stops an exiting automobile from passing by the shutting-off machine and releases the shutting-off state when the release signal is inputted.
