Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a space as well as man-hours and to improve efficiency of work by rearranging data of a plural number of parts to collect in accordance with a previously decided standard based on packing style data and outputting an instruction of collection of the parts in accordance with rearranged data.
SOLUTION: A small and unstable article is coiled after a large and stable packing style article by setting temporarily placed data in a rank order after an article which is not small and unstable. Collection information the rank order of which is set is transmitted to a collection carriage 2 from a data communication part 6. The data of parts to collect are displayed on a display 9 in the set rank order and an instruction of collection is given to a worker on the collection carriage 2. Consequently, when the worker collects the parts displayed on the display 9 correctly in the rank order, the small and unstable part is collected after the large and stable part, and it is possible to stably carry out loading of the parts on the collection carriage 2.
