CONSTITUTION: When an inner peripheral edge blade 1 is to be replaced, a top ring 15 in suspended state on a suspending tool 6 m a guide rail 4 is demounted from a chuck body 19 and shifted sideways, and the blade 1 is replaced for the chuck body 19. Then, the top ring 15 is returned again before the chuck body 19, together with the suspending tool 6, and the top ring 15 in suspended state on a suspending tool 16 is installed on the chuck body 19. Further, as for a cover 8 before the blade which is installed before the inner peripheral edge blade 1, the cover 8 before the blade which is suspended always on a suspending tool for the cover before the blade is shift-retreated to the side of the machine body M by an L-figure-shaped guide rail 4, together with the suspending tool 16.
