Consequently, transfer work is completed when the cargo carrier 1 which becomes empty once takes refuge, then other cargo carrier 1A advances into the support frame, and a lifted part (deck mat 10) is dropped toward the other cargo carrier. As a result, since the transfer work is performed within the part supply place, it is unnecessary to ensure an exclusive transfer space to utilize a space in a factory effectively.
