Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rounding classification apparatus capable of successively performing rounding work and classification work, with simple structure.SOLUTION: A particle-rounding machine 11 performing particle-rounding of a processing object in a casing 12 by rotationally driving a rotary shaft 13 penetrating through the casing 12 and a classifier 21 classifying the processing object in a rotary drum 22 by rotating the rotary drum 22 having a sieving surface 22a, are installed so as to be adjacent to each other on a common stand 1, and are constituted to transmit rotation of the rotary shaft 13 of the particle-rounding machine 11 to driving rollers 25a and 25b in rolling contact with an outer peripheral surface of the rotary drum 22 of the classifier 21 via a reduction gear 6, this enables the rotary shaft 13 of the particle-rounding machine 11 and the rotary drum 22 of the classifier 21 to be simultaneously rotated by a single driving device, so that particle-rounding work in the particle-rounding machine 11 and the classification work in the classifier 21 can be successively performed.
