Abstract:

PURPOSE: To set an interval between carriers when a door opens by providing support arms fixed on two laterally opened doors extended to cross each other, and composing these in such a way that the support arms are combined and contained at the center of a passenger car when both doors are opened.
CONSTITUTION: For a carrier reaching a station, a rack 60 is moved straight through a flexible cable 22 by the rotation of a door opening/closing lever, so a pinion 53 engaged with this is rotated to a position to be applied to a stopper 58 from the left side. A first support arm 26a fixed to one door 13 is thus slid through linear guides 36b, 36b guided by two linear bearings 30, 30, and two guide rollers 27, 27 on the tip side of a second support arm 26b fixed to a door 13 are guided to move along a guide part 37a at a tip part of a rotary arm 37 to open the door 13. This action is similarly performed for a door 15 on the other side.
