To provide a path searching device, method, and program assuring a high convenience at the time of transfer and allowing the user to search the path with a high degree of freedom.
The path searching device is equipped with a line data storing device 22 in which the lines of a traffic means and stations along each line are recorded upon being related with each other, a presented condition storing device 21 in which the conditions to present the stations to be passed by on the line are recorded, a searching result presenting means 1 to search the path and present the result, a line acquiring means 2 to acquire the line according to the path searched by the means 1, a get-on/get-off station acquiring means 3 to acquire the get-on station and the get-off station on the line acquired by the means 2 for the path searched by the means 1, a passby station acquiring means 4 to acquire the stations on the line positioned between the get-on station and the get-off station as the ones on the line acquired by the means 2 by making reference to the line data storing device 22, and a passby station presenting means 5 to present the stations on the line positioned between the get-on station and the get-off station acquired by the passby station acquiring means 4 in accordance with the given conditions by making reference to the presented condition storing device 21.
