Abstract:
To highly accurately uniform liquid drop amounts to be discharged from each piezoelectrically driven head.
The ink jet apparatus is provided with piezoelectrically driven heads H1-Hn, a main pulse generating circuit 200 for generating a main pulse A of a trapezoidal wave, sub pulse generating circuits 300-1 to 300-n for generating sub pulses B1-Bn after the lapse of a predetermined time from the main pulse A, and synthesizing circuits 400-1 to 400-n for synthesizing the main pulse A and the sub pulses B1-Bn to obtain driving pulses P1-Pn and supplying the driving pulses to piezoelectrically driven heads H1-Hn.
