To obtain a peeling cosmetic slight in irritancy to the skin, excellent in the ability to remove stains such as skin tailings and makeup cosmetic residues and also free from sense of being left on the skin.

The peeling cosmetic is obtained by incorporating a peeling base containing fruits-related acids that mildly remove corneum with at least nanocluster organogermanium water and organogermanium followed by homogeneously mixing together under heating, and, as desired, adding a natural or synthetic moisturizer and skin brightening agent. In this peeling cosmetic, the peeling base includes an aqueous gel-forming polymer, glycerol, a cationic surfactant and 1,3-butylene glycol.
